Returns the mean total power loss.
Conditions
This command requires a DPO4PWR application module for 4000 series models,
or an MDO3PWR application module for MDO3000 series models.

Examples
POWER:SWLOSS:TOTAL:POWER:MEAN? might return
:POWER:SWLOSS:TOTAL:POWER:MEAN 1 indicating that the mean total power
switching loss calculation is set to 1 W.
POWer:SWLoss:TO Tal:POWer:MIN? (Query Only)
Returns the minimum total power loss.
Conditions
This command requires a DPO4PWR application module for 4000 series models,
or an MDO3PWR application module for MDO3000 series models.
