The phonebook stores up to 100 entries, which are shared by all devices.
ADD A PHONEBOOK ENTRY
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Phonebook, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on the
telephone base.
Scroll to Add contact, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on
the telephone base.
Enter a number.
-OR-
Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL then
p
q
, or pressing
REDIAL  on the cordless
handset or SELECT on the telephone base to copy the number.
Press
on the cordless handset or NEXT on the telephone base.
Enter a name, then press
on the cordless handset or SAVE on the
telephone base.
REVIEW PHONEBOOK ENTRIES
Phonebook entries appear alphabetically.

ALPHABETICAL SEARCH

Use the dialing keys to enter the letter associated with the name. For example,
if you have the entries named Jennifer, Jessie, Kevin and Linda in your
phonebook, press 5 (JKL) once to see Jennifer (when Jennifer displays, press
to see Jessie), twice to see Kevin, or three times to see Linda. If necessary,
press
p
q
to browse.
EDIT A PHONEBOOK ENTRY
Search for the desired entry in the phonebook (see Review phonebook entries
or Alphabetical search on page 40). Press SELECT on the cordless handset or
EDIT on the telephone base.
Edit the number, then press
on the cordless handset or NEXT on the
telephone base.
