Options during playback:
Press

/VOL or

Press /SKIP to skip to the next message.
Press
/REPEAT to repeat the message. Press /REPEAT twice to hear the
previous message.
Press X/DELETE to delete the playing message.
Press
/STOP to stop the playback.
Press
to reduce the playback speed.
Press CALL BACK to call back the caller. The screen displays Call back?. Press
YESNO to cancel.
To play messages at a pendant:
Use the voice command feature (see page 62).
DELETE ALL OLD MESSAGES
You can only delete old (reviewed) messages. You cannot delete new messages
until you review them. You cannot retrieve deleted messages.
To delete all old messages with a cordless handset:
Press
when idle.
Press
or to scroll to Answering sys, then press .

or to scroll to Delete all old, then press .
Press

To delete all old messages with the telephone base:
Press
when idle, then press SELECT to select Answering system.
Press

to scroll to Delete all old, then press SELECT.

RECORD, PLAY AND DELETE MEMOS
Memos are your own recorded messages used as reminders for yourself or others
using the same answering machine. Play and delete them in the same way as
incoming messages.
To record a memo with a cordless handset:
Press
when idle.
Press
or to scroll to Answering sys, then press .
Press or to scroll to Record memo, then press .
The system announces,Record after the tone. Press 5 when you are done.”
After the tone, speak towards the microphone.
Press 5 when done.
