CLEAR VOICEMAIL INDICATORS
Use this feature when the telephone indicates that there is new voicemail but there
are none. This feature only turns off the indicators, New voicemail and
. It does
not delete your voicemail messages. As long as you have new voicemail messages,
your telephone service provider continues to send the signal to turn on the
indicators.
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Settings, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on the
telephone base.
Scroll to Clr voicemail, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on
the telephone base.
Press
on the cordless handset or YES on the telephone base.
RENAME BASE/HANDSET
You can create a name for each system handset and the telephone base.
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Settings, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on the
telephone base.
Scroll to Rename handset or Rename base, then press
on the cordless
handset or SELECT on the telephone base.
Enter the desired name, then press
on the cordless handset or SAVE on the
telephone base.
KEY TONE
The handset/telephone base is set to beep with each key press. You can set the key
tone volume or turn the key tone off for each handset and the telephone base.
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Settings, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on the
telephone base.
Scroll to Key tone, then press
on the cordless handset or SELECT on the
telephone base.
