TRANSfER A CALL
While on an outside call, you can transfer the call from a handset to another system
handset.
To transfer an external call to another handset:
During a call, press MENU.
Press or to scroll to INTERCOM, then press SELECT.
If you have two handsets, your handset displays CALLING HS X .
If you have three or more handsets, your handset lists all registered
handsets. Press or to select a destination handset, and then press
SELECT. Your handset displays CALLING HS X.
The destination handset rings and its screen displays CALL FR HS X.
To answer on the destination handset, press or on the destination handset.
Press on the originating handset.
JOIN A CALL IN PROGRESS
Another handset can join an outside call. You can share an outside call with up to
four handsets at the same time.
To join a call with a handset:
When a handset is already on a call and you would like to join the call, press
MENU/SELECT twice to intercom another handset.
If you have two handsets, your handset displays CALLING HS X.
If you have three or more handsets, your handset lists all registered
handsets. Press or to select a destination handset, and then press
SELECT. Your handset displays CALLING HS X.
The destination handset rings and its screen displays CALL FR HS X. Press or
on the destination handset to answer the intercom call.
Press and hold on the originating handset to create the conference.
To exit the call, press or place the handset in the telephone base or charger.
The call continues until both handsets hang up.
