DELETE ALL MESSAGES
You can only delete old (reviewed) messages. You cannot delete new messages until
you review them. You cannot retrieve deleted messages.
To delete all messages with the telephone base:
Press and hold X/DELETE when the phone is not in use.
To delete all messages with a handset:
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then press or to scroll to
ANS. MACHINE.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to DELETE ALL OLD.
Press SELECT. The handset displays CONFIRM?.
Press SELECT to conrm your selection.
ANNOUNCEMENT
The announcement is the message a caller rst hear when the answering machine
answers their call. There is a pre-recorded announcement message or you can
record your own.
RECORD YOUR OwN ANNOUNCEMENT
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then press or to scroll to
ANS. MACHINE.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to TAM SETTINGS.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to OGM SETTINGS.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to ANS & REC.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to RECORD.
Press SELECT. The handset displays RECORDING.
Press SELECT to conrm.
