Call Pick Up
NOTE: Call Pickup must be configured on the system by your System Administrator. The feature
codes noted are the defaults but may be different for your system.
Directed Pick Up
You can answer a call that comes in on another extension by dialing *71 and then the
extension number.
Group Pick Up
You can answer a call that comes into another extension in your Pickup Group by lifting the
handset and dialing *72. If more than one call is ringing, you will be connected to the call that
has been ringing the longest.
