Temp-Cast 2000 Installation Manual
STEP 22:
Place the two halves of the fireplace lid on top, using a refractory mortar between them. (The
smoothest side should be placed down - the parts are interchangeable left to right.) Note that
no mortar is used between the lid and the ceramic gasket.
Since the lid is slightly smaller than the top of the fireplace, an equal amount of space should be
left all around.
