Parameter description
Specifies whether to enable the DDNS function.
Specifies the connection status of the DDNS.
Specifies the ISP of the DDNS.
Specifies the IP address of the DDNS.
The system has preset the DDNS server address of the corresponding ISP.
Specifies the applied domain name on the website of the DDNS ISP.
Specify the user name/password to log in to DDNS.
The login user name and login password are registered on the website of the
DDNS ISP.
Internet User Using the Domain Name to Access Web UI of the Camera
Scenario: Assume that you have set up a monitoring network with an NVR and connected to the
internet.
Requirement: The user can access the web UI of the camera through the fixed domain name.
Solution: Configure the DDNS and UPnP functions to meet this requirement.
Assume that the related information of the registered DDNS service is as follows:
- ISP: Dyndns
- User name: Tom-Jerry
- Password: tomjerry123456
- Domain name: jointnet.dyndns.org
