Description
Display Week
Specifies whether the week can be displayed or hidden on the monitoring image. It is
available when the Display Time function is enabled.
Time Format
Specifies the format of the specific time point. It is available when the Display Time
function is enabled.
Font Size
Specifies the font size of the content displayed on the monitoring image, such as channel
name and system time.
Property
Specifies the transparency of the content displayed on the monitoring image.
Transparent indicates the transparency of 50%.
Color
Specifies the color of the content displayed on the monitoring image. Only Black&White
Auto is supported for now. It indicates that the color is dark of the monitoring image,
and the displayed content will become white color. If the color is light of the monitoring
image, the displayed content will become black.
Text Overlay
Specifies the displayed content is customized on the monitoring image.
Sync to
Used to synchronize the OSD configuration parameters of the current channel to other
channels.
Modify OSD
Assume that the camera of D1 is installed in the living room, you can modify the channel name and
location, time display format and location to manage the camera easily.
Procedure:
Step 1 Log in to the GUI of the NVR.
Step 2 Click Configuration > Channel > OSD.
Step 3 Set Channel, which is D1 in this example.
Step 4 Ensure that the Display Name function is enabled, and then modify the channel name,
which is the Living room in this example.
Step 5 Ensure that the Display Time and Display Week function are enabled, and then select the
display date format and time format.
Step 6 Click and drag the time shown in green and the channel name shown in red to the
position you want to display in the live view window on the right (the following figure is
for reference only).
Step 7 Click Save at the bottom of the page.
