● Make sure you are not confronting the above
troubles.
● Make sure dial-up utility is installed and correctly
configured.
● Make sure the user name and password entered
are correct.
● If the dial-up is successful, make sure the IE
proxy server is configured properly.
● Open several web pages to see if they can be
displayed.
2. Verify connectivity between the device and your PC
1. Click Start
—> Run, input “cmd” and press “Enter”.
2. Input “ping 192.168.1.1” and press “Enter”.
