50 Working with Variables
Press ƒ a to display the YVAR shortcut menu, then select the
name of the function.
The variable name you selected is displayed on the bottom line and the
cursor disappears.
3. Press Í. The variable contents are inserted where the cursor was
located before you began these steps.
Notes:
You can edit the characters pasted to the expression without affecting
the value in memory.
You can use rcl in the Y= editor to paste a current function to a new
YVar to avoid retyping long expressions.
