Sending
handheld
“This folder structure is not supported on the receiving
handheld. The receiving handheld’s OS may need to be
updated, which you can do by selecting Send OS from the
My Documents menu.”
OK
If you get an error when sending a folder to an older
TI-Nspire™ handheld, try updating the OS on the receiving
handheld. If the error persists, you may have to send the files
individually.
Sending
handheld
“Transfer failed. Check cable and try again.“
OK
This message is displayed if a cable is not attached to the
sending handheld’s link port. Remove and then reinsert the
cable and try the document transmission again.
Click OK to cancel the transmission message.
Note: The sending handheld may not always display this
message. Instead, it may remain BUSY until you cancel the
transmission.
Sending
handheld
“Receiver does not have enough storage space for file
transfer.“
OK
This message indicates that the receiving handheld does not
have enough memory to accept the file being transmitted.
The user of the receiving handheld must free space to obtain
the new file. To do this:
• Delete unneeded files.
• Store files on a computer for later retrieval, and then
delete them from the TI-Nspire™ handheld.
