The system will accept up to 16 users, user 00 is the
Engineer, user 01 is the Master User. This menu option
allows you to assign new users (02 - 15) for the alarm
system.
Each user is assigned the following attributes:
• Access Code
This is a unique 4, 5 or 6 digit code that is assigned to
the user. The system will allow a mixture of different
length Access codes. The Access code must be entered
at a keypad before the user can operate the alarm
system.

User Type !#
The user type determines the level of access to the system.
The following user types are available:
" Engineer
This user type can access all programming menus.
# Technician
This user type can access all programming menus except
menus 70 – 78 (Communicator programming).
$ Master User
This user type can access all user menus and add/change
user codes.
% Manager
This user type can access all user menus.
( Standard
This user type can arm, disarm and bypass zones.
& Arm Only
This user type can arm and bypass zones.
) Duress
This user type can arm, disarm and bypass zones. When
this access code is used the system will report a duress
signal to the alarm receiving centre.

User types “Engineer” and “Technician” can only
assigned by the Engineer (User 00).
