3-THREAD OVERCASTING
If the upper looper thread (green) is on the back side
of the fabric. Adjust the upper looper thread tension
knob (green) to higher value, or adjust the lower
looper thread tension knob (purple) to lower
value.
If the lower looper thread (purple) is on the front side
of the fabric. Adjust the lower looper thread tension
knob (purple) to higher value, or adjust the upper
looper thread tension knob (green) to lower value.
If the needle thread (yellow or blue) is too loose.
Adjust the needle tension knob (yellow or blue)
to higher value.
If the upper looper thread (green) is on the back side
of the fabric. Adjust the upper looper thread tension
knob (green) to higher value, or adjust the lower
looper thread tension knob (purple) to lower value.
If the right needle thread (blue) is too loose. Adjust the
needle tension knob (blue) to higher value.
