IMPORTANT THREADING INSTRUCTIONS
The Needle
thread is always
nal, otherwise,
a result of
broken thread or
skipping stitch.
The g 1 is
wrong.
If the looper
thread is broken,
you have to pull
out the needle
thread, rst string
on the looper
thread, and then
string on the
needle thread.
The g 2 is right.
Cloth waste cover is used for
collecting the cloth waste into
the waste box during sewing,
avoiding cloth waste entering
the inside of the machine.
Remove the Cloth waste
cover: Remove the waste box,
open the looper cover. Press
on the Cloth waste cover with
left thumb and separate the
cover from the machine, then pull out hard with left hand and
remove the Cloth waste cover. See above pictures.
Install the Cloth waste cover:
Push the Cloth waste cover
under the looper cover hard
with left hand and snap
onto the buckle A firmly.
When replacing thread spools, the
following steps may be helpful for quick
changeover.
1. Cut o existing threads near the spools.
Tie the cut ends thread from new spools
(seamen’s knot).
2. Raise presser foot.
3. Lower needle bar to its lowest position
by turning hand wheel away from you.
Carefully pull the existing threads until the connecting knots pass through
needle eye and looper eyes.
