The vent pipe is attached to the cover
and the pressure regulator weight fits

The overpressure plug will automatically vent steam if the vent
pipe becomes clogged. (See page 6)

HANDLE SAFETY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Only use the side handles to lift the pressure
cooker. This applies to the pressure cooker when
it is empty or contains items. NEVER use the top
handle to lift the complete unit. The top handle is
used to remove the cover only.
