2.4 Electrical
2.4.1 Electrical connections
Install power to the system with a minimum of 14 AWG (1.5 mm) gauge
wiring. Conduit and cord connections to the system should be in
accordance with NEC/CEC or equivalent and all local codes.
The cables connecting the utility tower to the Vent Heaters must be the
same length.
2.4.2 Grounding
Install a permanent true earth bonding conductor (14 AWG/1.5 mm
minimum) to the ground stud provided on the outside of the utility tower
(Figure 1.3). The utility tower should not be powered on until this earth
bonding conductor is in place and connected to true earth ground.
2.3.2 Pump tubing flow rates
The size of the pump and the installed tubing determines the flow rate
of the pump. The table below shows the expected flow rates for each
size of pump and representative tubing.
