8 Cleaning and maintenance
To secure proper work of the stove, cleaning and maintenance is
neccesary.
Cleaning can be divided in three stages :
 Daily
 Weekly
 Monthly
8.1 Daily cleaning
 Turn the stove off and wait until it has been cooled.
 Open the stove door.
 Using safety gloves clean combustion deposits out of the firebox to ensure a
smooth flow of air necessary for efficient combustion. Using safety gloves
take the firebox out and empty its content into a fire-resistant container.
 Clean the holes in the firebox with an appropriate screwdriver (if neded) .
 Put the firebox back onto the bearing making sure it is properly seated on
the heater.
 Close the door before ignition.
8.2 Weekly cleaning
 Turn the stove off and wait until it has been cooled.
 Open the stove door.
 Using the safety gloves take the ash pan out of the stove and
empty it into a fire-resistant container.
 Put the ash pan back into the firebox.
 Close the door before ignition
