If your Thinkware Dash Camera doesn't recognize the memory card, ensure it's inserted correctly with the metal contacts facing the lens. If that doesn't work, power off the device, remove the card, and check for any damage to the contacts in the card slot. Finally, make sure you are using an authentic THINKWARE memory card, as the device's compatibility and normal operation with third-party cards are not guaranteed.
