Why my Thinkware F100 doesn't recognize the memory card?

If your Thinkware Dash Camera isn't recognizing the memory card, make sure the card is inserted in the correct direction. Power off the camera, remove the memory card, and check the contacts in the memory card slot for any damage. Finally, ensure you are using an authentic THINKWARE memory card.
