3-2 Filling Vacuum Pump with Pump Oil
After unpacking, fill the vacuum pump in the unit with pump
oil in the following procedure.
1) Remove four screws and open the cover on the left side
of the unit.
2) Open the cap of oil inlet of the vacuum pump.
DO NOT confuse the oil inlet with the exhaust outlet.
