5-1-2 Weekly Inspection
Check the followings once a week.
○ Check the status of the vacuum pump oil.
When the oil is contaminated, change the oil.
For details, refer to “5-3-1 Checking Oil”.
○ Check if any dust or foreign objects are adhering the
vacuum pump filter.
If any adhesion is observed, remove it.
For details, refer to “5-3-3 Filter Checking”.
