5-3-2 Oil Change
Change or add oil for the vacuum pump in the following
procedure.
Use oil with viscosity grate of SAE 10 (ISO VG32).
・ The vacuum pump and oil are hot after operation.
Leave the system for cooling for more than 5
minutes before changing oil.
1) Press the POWER switch to turn the power OFF (O).
2) Pull off the power plug from the consent.
3) Remove four screws and open the cover on the left side
of the unit.
