      If your THOMSON Receiver isn't responding to the remote, there are several things you can try. First, if the unit is in low power standby, press the STB button on the handset. You can also press the Standby button on the unit. Ensure that you are pointing the remote control directly at the receiver and that there are no obstacles blocking the signal. Finally, check or replace the remote control batteries.

      If you're experiencing a 'No Picture' or 'Disrupted Picture' issue with your THOMSON Receiver, begin by checking all the connections at the rear of the unit and the RF IN connection. Make sure the cables to the TV are correctly inserted and that you have selected the appropriate AV channel on your TV. You might also want to replace the aerial outlet plate with a shielded type.
