4.2.3.2 RS232 Operation
The power meter PM103E can be operated with serial communication via RS232. In opposite to the
PM103, it is not possible to switch the device to UART operation.
Please use a RS232 standard protocol for RS232 communications. For questions, please contact our
engineers at Thorlabs .
Please set up the port as follows:

Note
PM103E:
To operate the PM103E via RS232, RxD, TxD, and GND need to be wired from the DMC 0,5/7 connector to
a 9 Pin female connector to perform the connections.
