THROTTLE CABLE ADJUSTMENT
Measure the throttle cable play by pressing the throttle lever. e throttle
lever should have 20-25mm play.
To adjust the throttle cable play:
1. Loosen the lock nut
2. Turn the adjuster in or out to obtain the correct play
3. Tighten the lock nut
4. Recheck the throttle cable play. Readjust it if it is not within the correct
limits
FUEL HOSE
Replace the fuel hose every 4 years, even if it appears to be in good
condition. Damage from aging may not be visible.
ENGINE OIL
e transmission oil should always be changed when the engine is hot so
that the oil’s viscosity will be low and the oil will drain completely from the
engine.
To change the oil:
1. Place the vehicle on lever ground
2. Remove the oil filler cap
3. Remove the oil drain plug from the bottom of the engine and drain the
oil completely
4. Reinstall the drain
5. Remove the oil level screw and pour fresh oil of the specied type
through the ller hole until the oil ows out from the oil level hole.
