Maintenance
Changing The Door Operator Belt
(Single Speed)
NOTE: Refer to Figure 3 for this procedure.
1. Loosen the

I Adjustment Screw located between the
Idler Base and the Push Bar by turning it Clockwise into
the Idler Base.
2. Loosen the Idler Base by loosening the two

/
8
I bolts on
either end of the Idler Base.
3. Push the Idler Base toward the Push Bar.
4. Remove the two #10 Hex Socket Cap Screws in the Top
Belt Clamp and remove the Top Belt Clamp.
5. Remove the Door Operator Belt.
6. Measure and cut new belt to proper length, if required.

Single Speed 36 Inches 98 Inches
Single Speed 42 Inches 110 Inches
7. Using the Top Belt Clamp as a template, match drill two

I holes,oneineachendofthebelt.
8. Place the belt in position and reinstall the Top Belt Clamp
with the two #10 Hex Socket Cap Screws.
9. Tighten the belt for acceptable belt tension by turning the
Adjustment Screw Counterclockwise from the Idler Base.
10. Tighten the two
