End the competition function by pressing the START/STOP button. 'Exercise saved' will be shown on the display, and the
product will price to competition exercise summary data.
4.3.5 Summary of competition function
On the first competition exercise summary screen, the summary data of the total exercise is shown. Press the DOWN and UP
buttons to check each competition data. Press the INT/BACK button to return to the competition exercise standby mode.
4.3.6 Pausing and continuing the competition function (Pause mode)
During the competition function, press the INT/BACK once to pause the timer. The PAUSE text will appear in the center of the
display, and on the top part of the display will be a negative (-) countdown timer, or a positive (+) countdown timer if the end
countdown time has been surpassed. Exit the pause mode by pressing the INT/BACK or by pressing the START/STOP button,
after which the product will resume the countdown time.
4.4 Countdown
Select countdown from the main menu and press START/STOP to confirm. An optimum time and minute alarm time will need
to be set.
4.4.1 Setting an optimum time for the countdown function
Set the optimum time in minutes using the UP and DOWN buttons. Once you have set the desired minutes, press the
START/STOP button to proceed to the setting the time in seconds. When both times have been set, press the START/STOP
