14.7 Disclaimer of liability
The reseller will not be liable for injuries or damages to erosions or property resulting from any cause whatsoever, with the
exception of injuries or damages caused by the gross negligence of the reseller. This limitation applies to all firmware. In no
event will the reseller be liable for any damages resulting from loss of data, loss of use, loss of revenue or any other pecuniary
loss. Furthermore, the reseller disclaims any and all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other similar
damages even if the reseller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the resellers entire liability under
any provision of the terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product, less applicable
depreciation.
14.8 Confidentiality
You shall maintain the confidentiality of the firmware and respective documentation.
14.9 Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, the reseller may terminate these terms with no prior notice if you fail to comply with the
terms and conditions as stated heron. In such an event, you MUST return the product to the reseller. These terms and conditions
take precedence over any terms and conditions of any other agreement between the reseller and you regarding the firmware. The
provisions contained in the agreement that protect the interests of the reseller or TimerGPS Europe Ltd. in the firmware shall
survive the termination of this agreement.
14.10 Beneficiary
The reseller's licensors and suppliers are intended third party beneficiaries of the agreement and shall have the right to enforce
