8.4.3 Time zone
By default, the product uses the time zone given by the GPS satellites, but the time zone can be set manually to correspond with
things such as an official race watch etc. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the hour and press the START/STOP button to
confirm the selection. Next select the minutes and press the START/STOP button to confirm. After both times have been
selected, 'Settings saved' will appear on screen and the product will automatically return to the settings menu.
8.5 Exercise options
The exercise menu includes:
-Units of measurement
-Alarm limits
-Interval length
-Exercise saving
-Exercise autostart
8.5.1 Units
Select the desired unit of measurement for pace from the units menu. There are seven (7) units of measurement to choose from;
min/km, m/min, km/h, min/mi., min/fur, yg./min and mph.
8.5.2 Interval length
In the interval length menu the interval length can be set, and can be at different lengths depending on the unit of measurement.
