14.1.2 Single product
The firmware embedded, integrated and/or pre-installed in the product and its hardware (hereinafter 'firmware') is licensed, not
sold, to a single product by the seller or reseller who sold the product to you (hereinafter 'reseller'). The firmware may only be
used with that single product.
14.2 Restrictions
You shall not (i) copy, modify, amend, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that this
restriction is expressly prohibited or limited by the applicable law) the firmware nor create or attempt to create derivative works
based on the firmware; (ii) rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer rights to the firmware; (iii) publicly distribute the firmware (e.g.
by distributing the firmware on a web server for public access). You shall keep the contents of the firmware confidential from
unauthorized disclosure or use.
14.3 Copyright and other rights
All title and copyrights as well as trade secret, patent and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the firmware
(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, test and 'applets' incorporated into the
firmware), the accompanying printed materials and any copies of the firmware are owned by the TimerGPS Europe Ltd. or its
licensors. The firmware is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You shall not copy the printed
materials accompanying the firmware.
14.4 Limitation of warranty
The reseller does not warrant that the operation of the firmware or the media on which it is contained will be uninterrupted or
