Between winch relay and battery mount main switch ( min 250A ) and the safety
switch, minimum 350A
When the temperature get too high and your relay will block immediately turn off the
winch and replace the relay.
TIPS
1. Battery must be in good condition.
2. Make sure that cables are not damaged.
3. Corrosion on cables may cause loose power or increase resistance of the
connectors, it affects on proper winch working and even may cause battery
damages.
4. All the connectors have to be clean and in place protected from water, direct
contact with water may damage the driver.
5. Control box must be in a place not exposed for water ( for example under
the car mask), contact with water may damage the device. That type of
damages do not come under the warranty.
6. In salty environments use a silicone sealer to protect from corrosion.
7. All connectected cables with the engine should be protected with the
technical Vaseline.
Car winch connection
1. Short cables are used to connect control box to the winch, please connect
them according to the pictures below. Black thin cable is used to connect
mass.
2. Long cables ( black thick cable and red) are used to connect the device with
the battery.
After you connect the winch please set the clutch knob to the “free” position Unwind
couple meters of the rope. Then set the clutch knob again to the “ on” position. Start
winding the rope, if the direction is wrong please check the connection of the cables.
