The minimum value required to obtain movement from the wheels
via the hydraulic system.
Note: Low speed settings relate to a speed of 3-4 km/h and high
speed settings relate to the speed that matches the highest speed
planned (approximately 34km/h), however the vehicle does not need
to be driven at these speeds to adjust the settings.
The actual gain figures used by the system vary with the speed at
which the vehicle is travelling.
