This section lists possible display problems you may
encounter. If you still have problems after trying the
solutions listed here, contact TPS customer support.
Problem
Display does not power on.
Causes Solutions
The cable is the
wrong cable,
incorrectly
connected, or
damaged.
Check that the power cable
supplies 12 to 24 VDC and is
negative conductive.
• A socket (positive) = 12 to 24
VDC
• E socket = Ground
Check that the power cable is
connected to the correct port and
the ends are securely fastened.
If the cable is damaged, contact
your dealer to purchase a new
cable.
Problem
Screen display turns off by itself.
