Problem
Radio modem does not power on.
Causes Solutions
The power cable
is incorrectly
connected or
damaged.
Check that the power cable is
correctly connected to the
battery—RED to positive and
BLACK to negative—and that the
battery is charged.
If the power cable is damaged,
contact your dealer to purchase a
new cable.
The radio receives
power through the
receiver.
Some radios do not require a
separate power supply, but are
supplied power through the port
on the receiver. For these radios,
check that the receiver is also
switched on.
Problem
Pocket-3D does not connect to receiver.
Causes Solutions
The receiver may
be off.
Check that the receiver is
switched on.
