Service and Repairs
Drive Belt Replacement
1. Park mower on a level surface. Make sure engine is
OFF. Remove high tension lead from the spark plug.
2. Remove two lock nuts that secure groomer belt cov-
er, then remove cover (Fig. 4).
3. Pivot idler pulley by placing a 10mm wrench on
pulley nut and rotating clockwise to relax belt tension.
Slip groomer drive belt off pulleys. Release idler (Fig. 5).
4. Install new drive belt to drive pulley, idler pulley, and
driven pulley observing correct belt routing (Fig. 5).
5. Secure belt cover to housing with two lock nuts.
