1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,andlowertheloaderarms.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Removedirtandgrimefromtheentiremachine.
Important:Youcanwashthemachine
withmilddetergentandwater.Donot
pressure-washthemachine.Avoid
excessiveuseofwater,especiallynearthe
controlpanel,engine,hydraulicpumps,and
motors.
4.Servicetheaircleaner;refertoServicingtheAir
Cleaner(page30).
5.Greasethemachine;refertoGreasingthe
Machine(page29).
6.Changetheengineoil;refertoChangingthe
EngineOil(page31).
7.Chargethebattery;refertoChargingtheBattery
(page37).
8.Checkandadjustthetracktension;referto

9.Checkandtightenallfasteners.Repairor
replaceanyworn,damaged,ormissingparts.
10.Paintallscratchedorbaremetalsurfaceswith

switchandkeepitinamemorableplace.
12.Disconnectthebattery;refertoUsingthe
Battery-DisconnectSwitch(page35).
13.Coverthemachinetoprotectitandkeepitclean.
