ServiceInterval:Every250hours
Checktheconditionandsecurityofthecableand
operatingmechanismatthespeedcontrolpedalsand
transmissionpumpends.
•Removebuildupofdirt,gritandotherdeposits.
•Ensurethattheballjointsaresecurelyanchoredand
checkthatmountingbracketsandcableanchorsare
tightandfreefromcracks.
•Inspectendttingsforwear,corrosion,broken
springs,andreplaceifnecessary.
•Ensurethattherubbersealsarecorrectlylocated
andareingoodcondition.
•Ensurethatthearticulatingsleevessupporting
theinnercableareingoodconditionandrmly
attachedtotheoutercableassemblyatthecrimped
connections.Ifthereareanysignsofcrackingor
detachmentinstallanewcableimmediately.
•Checkthatsleeves,rods,andinnercablearefree
frombends,kinks,orotherdamage.Iftheyarenot,
installanewcableimmediately.
•Withtheengineswitchedoff,operatethepedal
controlsthroughtheentirerangeandensurethatthe
mechanismmovessmoothlyandfreelytotheneutral
positionwithoutstickingorhangingup.
