ServiceInterval:Every50hours
Themachinehasgreasettingsthatmustbelubricated
regularlywithNo.2GeneralPurposeLithiumBaseGrease.
Ifthemachineisoperatedundernormalconditions,lubricate
allbearingsandbushingsafterevery50hoursofoperation.
Bearingsandbushingsmustbelubricateddailywhen
operatingconditionsareextremelydustyanddirty.Dusty
anddirtyoperatingconditionscouldcausedirttogetinto
thebearingsandbushings,resultinginacceleratedwear.
Lubricatethegreasettingsimmediatelyaftereverywashing,
regardlessofintervalspecied.
1.Wipethegreasettingscleansoforeignmattercannot
beforcedintothebearingorbushing.
2.Pumpgreaseintothettings.
3.Wipeoffexcessgrease.
