Themachinehasgreasettingsthatmustbe
lubricatedregularlywithNo.2general-purpose,
lithium-basegrease.Ifthemachineisoperatedunder
normalconditions,lubricateallbearingsandbushings
afterevery50hoursofoperation.Lubricatettings
immediatelyaftereverywashing,regardlessofthe
intervallisted.
Thefollowingmachinebearingsandbushingsmust
belubricated:

1.Wipethegreasettingcleansoforeignmatter
cannotbeforcedintothebearingorbushing.
2.Pumpgreaseintothebearingorbushing.
3.Wipeupexcessgrease.
4.Applygreasetothereelmotorsplineshaftand
ontotheliftarmwhenthecuttingunitisremoved
forservice.
5.ApplyafewdropsofSAE30engineoilorspray
lubricant(WD40)dailytoallpivotpointsafter
cleaning.
