(20)withthe2screws(18).
7.Installtheclutchbailassembly(4)tothehandle(20).Securethehandleto
thehandlemount(7)withthe2bolts(21)and2nuts(8).
8.Ifremoved,installthe3spacers(item20inFigure58),3bolts(21)and3
nuts(15)totheupperreceiverweldment(8).
9.Positionthespringspacer(24)andhandletorsionspring(23)intothehandle
adjusterassembly(22).Installthehandleadjusterassemblytotheupper
receiverweldment(8)withthebolt(21)andnut(15).
10.Ifremoved,installtheliftassisthandle(27)totheupperreceiverweldment
(8)andsecurewiththebolts(16and11).
11.Slidetheupperreceiverweldment(8)intothelowerhandleassembly(19)
andsecurewiththebolt(29)andangenut(9).
Note:Donottightenboltandnut.Installthenuttoengagelockingfeature.
Theupperreceiverweldment(8)mustbefreetoslide.
12.Repositionthewireharness.
13.Installtheconduitclamps(10)totheupperreceiverweldment(8)andlower
handleassembly(19)andsecurewithscrews(11).
14.Ifremoved,installtheangebushings(5),bolt(12)andangenut(13)into
thebrakelever(6).
15.Positionthebrakelever(6)totheupperreceiverweldment(8)andsecure
withtheshoulderscrew(4)andangenut(7).
16.Installthehandlenotepadplate(2)tothehandleassembly(3)andsecure
withthe4plastitescrews(1).
17.InstalltheengineON/OFFswitchtothehandleassembly.
18.Installthewireharness.
19.Ifremoved,installtheangebushings(35)insidethethrottlearm(36).
20.Ifremoved,slidethethrottlelever(34)ontothethrottlearm(36)andsecure
withbolt(32).
21.Torquetightentheboltfrom2.2to3.4N·m(20to30in-lb).
22.Installthethrottlearm(36)tothehandleassembly(3)andsecurewithbolt
(30),compressionspring(31)andnut(37).
23.Installthebolt(38)and2angenuts(7)totheupperreceiverweldment(8).
Ensurethattheheadoftheboltisrestingtheonthrottlearm(36).
