9. Remove nut, lock washer, flat washer and fiber
washer from A1 and A2 terminals on commutator end
head.

10.Remove two (2) screws that secure the brush box to
the commutator end head. Carefully remove brush box
from the commutator end head.

11. Remove brush assemblies from the brush box.
Minimum brush length is 0.375 in (9.5 mm)
Maximum brush length is 0.790 in (20 mm)
