After installing the client software, click [Start] and click [Printers
and Faxes] to open the Printers and Faxes folder.
y If you are using the Windows 2000, click [Start], select [Settings], and click [Printers]
to open the Printers folder.
y If you are using the Windows Vista, click [Start], select [Control Panel], and click
[Printer] under [Hardware and Sound] to open the Printers folder.

Select the printer driver and select [Properties] in the [File] menu.
y The printer driver properties dialog box appears.
y When using Windows Vista, click the [Properties] in the Organize tab.
