7. SETTING E-MAIL FUNCTIONS
Setting the Scan to E-mail Message Properties
You can configure the message properties of E-mail documents that will be sent by Scan to E-mail
operation.
The [E-MAIL] button in the [ADMIN] menu will be available only when the Printer Kit and Scanner Upgrade
Kit are installed, or when the Printer/Scanner Kit is installed.

Press the [E-MAIL] button.
- The E-MAIL screen is displayed.
To display the ADMIN menu, see "1.ENTERING TO ADMIN MENU".

Press each button to enter the E-mail
properties.
- [FROM ADDRESS] — Press this to enter the E-mail address of
this equipment.
- [FROM NAME] — Press this to enter the identification name of
this equipment.
- [BODY] — Press this to enter the body message.
You must enter the [FROM ADDRESS] button to enable Scan to E-
mail.
When you press each button, the input screen is displayed. Enter
the value using the keyboard and digital keys, and press the
[ENTER] button to set the entry.
