The GA-1211/GA-1310 specific functions applied for making public templates are the same as those for private templates.

Notice on the department management/user authentication
If you change the following options from [Enable] to [Disable] or vice versa, it is necessary to reboot the equipment by
using the [Reboot] menu of TopAccess (or by using the [POWER] button on the control panel):
y The department management option
y The user authentication option
