Microsoft Internet Explorer is enabled to access the e-Filing web utility on this equipment.
- The proxy settings must be configured correctly to enable the access.
- The browser must not be offline.

Before Installing Client Software
Before installing the client software, confirm the followings to perform an appropriate installation.
— When e-Filing Client Software Have Been Installed
If the e-Filing client software have been installed from other e-STUDIO Client Utilities CD-ROM,
uninstall the e-Filing client software then install them from the e-STUDIO850 Series Client Utili-
ties CD-ROM. The e-Filing client software can be used for e-STUDIO3510c Series, e-
STUDIO451c Series, e-STUDIO850 Series, e-STUDIO452 Series, e-STUDIO282 Series, e-
STUDIO4511 Series, e-STUDIO450 Series, and e-STUDIO280 Series. When you uninstall the
e-Filing client software, please click [No] at the dialog box that displays the message to delete
the settings for the e-Filing client software so that you can restore the settings after installing
new one.

You can install the e-Filing client software from the Client Utilities CD-ROM or TopAccess.
