Using e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility
The Client Utilities CD-ROM includes the e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility. You can use these util-
ities to backup and restore the e-Filing data between the e-STUDIO850 Series.
Installing e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility
You can install e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility from Client Utilities CD-ROM.
System Requirements
The e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility is available for following environments:
y Display Resolution
1024 x 768 dots or more
y Display Color
High Color (16bit) or higher is recommended
y CPU
Pentium 133 MHz minimum (Pentium 266 MHz or faster recommended)
y OS
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
Windows XP Service Pack 1
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
y Required Software
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 or later must be installed.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is enabled to access the e-Filing web utility on this equipment.
- The proxy settings must be configured correctly to enable the access.
- The browser must not be offline.
To backup/restore e-Filing data using e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility, the FTP Server option that
can be set in the Network settings of TopAccess must be enabled.
Installing e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility
This procedure describes an installation on Windows XP. The procedure is the same when
other versions of Windows are used.
You must log into Windows as a user who has the “Administrators” or “Power Users” privilege,
when using the Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003.

Insert the Client Utilities CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

Click [Cancel] to close the Choose Setup Language dialog box
when the installer automatically starts.

Open “Admin\e-FilingUtility” folder and double-click “setup.exe”.
y The Choose Setup Language dialog box appears.
