154 Retrieving e-Filing Documents

Select an e-Filing document (or pages) that you want to retrieve and
click [Acquire].
y The message “Do you want to Remove the Selected Page(s) or Document after
retrieval?” is displayed.
y If displaying the thumbnails of the documents takes a long time, you can stop listing them by
pressing the [ESC] key. Then repeat the operation from Step 1 and select [List] in the [View]
menu to display the document in the List view.
y If the selected box, folder, or document has more than 350 contents to display, it automati-
cally displays the contents in the List view.
y You can also do following using the TWAIN Driver interface:

If you want to remove the document from e-Filing after retrieving,
click [Yes]. If you want to leave the document in e-Filing, click [No].
y You can cancel retrieving a document by clicking [Cancel].

The Download In Progress dialog box appears. After completing
the download, the document is displayed in the application.
Retrieving documents as Files
The File Downloader allows you to retrieve e-Filing documents and save them on your hard disk.
