The following functions and settings are available on the “INFORMATION” menu.
Menu Functions Settings Description
DEPARTMENT - Prints the department code and
the counter value. The printed
counter value is for the
department you specified in the
department code entry screen.
Enter the master code in the
department code entry screen if
you want to print counter values
of all the registered departments.
Menu Functions Settings Description
DRAWER 1 A3, A4, A4-R, A5-R, 8K, 16K,
16K-R, B4, B5, B5-R, FOLIO,
LD, LG, LT, LT-R, ST-R,
COMP, 13” LG, 8.5 SQ
Sets the paper size for the
drawer.
DRAWER 2 Sets the paper size for the Paper
Feed Unit.
Menu Functions Settings Description
COUNTER TOTAL COUNTER - Displays the total counter.
TONER REMAIN - Displays the toner remaining
information.
SERIAL NUMBER - Displays the serial number.
